When: The Festival takes place Saturday Aug. 26 & Sunday Aug. 27. Civitas will be sponsoring an information booth from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Where: The Festival takes place in Tower Grove Park. (It’s located at the end of the park by Grand Ave. A map with more specific details will come out later!)
Volunteering at the Civitas booth is simple. You can sign up to work for as little as one hour. Your job responsibilities will be handing out promotional materials and talking to people about how much fun/educational Civitas programs are for middle and high school students. There will be flyers about Civitas and the upcoming kickoff event to hand out. That’s it. A Civitas staff member will be at the booth at all times to answer any additional questions.
Dress code is casual. Wear a Civitas shirt/hat if you’d like. It might get hot. We will provide a cooler with water and a covered place to sit.
