Over the past few years, Civitas has been fortunate to work with Mathilde Dratwa. First she came to St. Louis in 2015 with the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting to talk about corruption in international banking. Later she helped create an animation to help Civitas explain the Game Changers program. Now she has finished a short video on the United Nations Central Emergency Relief Fund. According to the UN CERF website, “The United Nations Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF) is one of the fastest and most effective ways to support rapid humanitarian response for people affected by natural disasters and armed conflict.”
