This June, a hand selected group of students will spend 4 days learning about the justice system in St. Louis. They’re going to participate in a mini police academy, see a municipal court session in action, speak to local judges, go on a bus tour of Ferguson, and more! We’re calling this Urban Go-Team Law & Disorder.
One of the highlights of last year’s Go-Team was the addition of a student blog. It became a place where participants could ask questions, leave short daily reflections, share resources, and enjoy photos from the events. Once again Civitas has created a blog to help students engage in the program and with one another.
You can meet the go-team, browse the resources, see an agenda, and more at Urban Go-team 2015.
