Just a quick reminder that there is the Country Draft/Teacher Meeting on Monday, October 2. It will be from 4-5 pm at the Civitas office (10845 Olive Blvd., Suite 155, 63141). At the meeting you will be meeting the other teachers, drafting nations for your students to represent, picking up binders, sharing resources, talking about classroom visits, and learning about this year’s Honors Model UN. As a reminder, you probably want 1 country for every 1-3 students.
If you cannot make that meeting and still want to draft some nations, please send Bobbi a list before Monday. We will post the draft results online after the meeting & email them out to everyone.
Also, here is a list of suggested General Assembly dates. We tried to give everyone their first or second choice. If this date does not work out for you, please let us know ASAP!
