Saturday, December 5, Civitas hosted an Issues Forum on the Gun Violence Crisis. We were joined by guest speaker, Missouri State Representative Stacey Newman. She explained to students about lobbying, the responsibilities of being an elected official, and some of the recent gun legislation in Missouri.
