The environment is global, but there are other times when it is very personal. This is especially true with the food that we eat and the farms from which our food comes.
On Saturday, January 23, Civitas is honored to have guest presenter Melissa Vatterott, Food & Farm Policy Director of the Missouri Coalition for the Environment. Melissa, who is an attorney, will talk about federal and state regulations on farm production, and what we as individuals can do to protect the food supply for ourselves and others.
